Hi-Alloy Castings have a large, traditional pattern shop specialising in patterns for the mining and engineering sectors inclusive of prototypes or one-offs. Our in-house pattern shop allows the foundry to efficiently make pattern alterations and repairs with minimal interruptions to production. New patterns equipment projects are done in-house to maintain full control of quality and costs

Patterns can be made from old drawings, photographs, CAD drawings or even from a concept. All design elements are handled in-house and we work with all our customers to ensure they receive the most cost effective production plan for all their products.

High-quality patterns are essentially the foundation for seamless production and it is something that we take great pride in. We have a highly developed range of in-house skills and have extremely high-quality standards are enforced throughout the pattern process. All of our pattern makers are time-served craftsmen.

Hi-Alloy Castings prides itself with our large collection of patterns developed for the Pumping, Crushing, Cyclone Separation, Brick Manufacture and Shot Blasting industries. We have hundreds of patterns already at our disposal but are constantly adding to this through new projects and designs.
