We have two separate moulding lines, allowing us the flexibility to execute any urgent requirements our clients may have. This also gives us the ability to offer a product range from 1kg to 1000kg.

MATERIALS

The foundry has the unique advantage in that it has produced and manufactured the range of BS4844 grades of chrome iron. Not being content to manufacture the regular chrome irons a product was developed and aptly named "BLUE DIAMOND".
This alloy has gained international recognition as a premium wear resistant product.

Besides the Chrome Irons, the Foundry has earned a reputation for producing high grade Duplex and low carbon stainless steels. The foundry also endeavours to produce non-standard typically imported materials for customers, provided the required quantities justify the production. The foundry produces the full range of wet end products for the major South African and foreign markets.
